A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2001-058
APPOINTING ANA LUJAN TO OFFICE NO. 2, AND
BARBARA WYNN TO OFFICE NO. 7 TENANT
COMMISSIONER) OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office for Housing Commission Members Cecelia Diaz, Office
No. 2, and Lily Bailey, Office No. 7 expired on June 30, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park is desirous of appointing
members to Office Nos. 2, and 7, of the Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, appointments made to Office No. 2 shall be for a term of four-years,
expiring June 30, 2005, and the appointment made to Office No. 7 Tenant Commissioner)
shall be for a term of two years, expiring June 30, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public notice of the commission vacancies was published in the NOW
Newspaper and in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDIWN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed as members of
Office Nos. 2, and 7 of the Housing Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such appointee
shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Council and serve for the term as follows:
Office 1 OSCAR B. MARIN for the term expiring June 30, 2005 appointed 8/1/01)
Office 2 ANA LUJAN for the term expiring June 30, 2005
Office 3 GLORIA GONZALEZ for the term expiring June 30, 2005 appointed 8/1/01)
Office 4 MARGARITA R. VARGAS for the term expiring June 30, 2005 appointed 8/1/01)
Office 5 Sally A. Wieck for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 6 Marionette Savage for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Tenant Commissioner)
Office 7 BARBARA WYNN for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Tenant Commissioner)
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
forward a copy said appointees and to the Housing Commission Secretary.
