A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION 2001-094 A BASIC
SALARY PLAN FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK S.E.I.U Local 347 Genera! Unit of Clerical
Employees, S.E.I.U. Locai 347 General Unit of Maintenance
Employees, Classified Confidential Employees Association,
Classified Management Employees Association, Police Officers'
Association, Police Management Association and Professional and
Technical Employees Association)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Effective November 19, 2001, 2001, the base salary range which does
not include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each general employee
classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 1 of Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. Effective November 19, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each confidential employee
classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION 3. Effective November 19, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each professional and
technical employee classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 3 of Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
SECTION 4. Effective November 19, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each sworn and non-sworn
employee classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 4 of Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
SECTION 5. Effective November 19, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each management employee
classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 5 of Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Whereas the action is retroactive to July 1, 2001.
SECTION 6. Effective November 19, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each police management
employee classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 6 of Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
SECTION 7. Effective August 15, 2001, the base salary range which does not
include the employer paid member contribution to retirement for each fixed rate executive
employee classification is hereby the salary range set forth in Section 7 of Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
