A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK
AS ITS CUSTODIAN FOR SECTION 108 LOAN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, a Municipal
Corporation hereinafter referred to as the City"), acting at a meeting held on January 16,
2002, and as authorized by the By-Laws of the City, adopts the following resolution, as
certified by the signature of the Mayor of the City to this statement, to wit:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AS FOLLOWS:
1) The City of Baldwin Park does hereby appoint United California Bank as its
Custodian for Section 108 loan funds; and
2) The following individuals are hereby authorized to executive any and all
documents, including a fee agreement, if applicable, to establish such Custody
Account; and
3) The following individual(s) are hereby authorized to issue instruction to the Bank
with respect to the Account, and their names and signatures are hereby certified
by the City Council:
