A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING EUREKA INVESTMENT
ADVISORS, INC. AS ITS INVESTMENT ADVISOR FOR
SECTION 108 LOAN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, a Municipal
Corporation hereinafter referred to as the City"), acting at a meeting held on January 16,
2002, and as authorized by the By-Laws of the City, adopts the following resolution, as
certified by the signature of the Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City to this statement, to wit:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AS FOLLOWS:
1) The City of Baldwin Park does hereby appoint Eureka Investment Advisors, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as the Advisor") as its investment advisor for Section
108 loan funds; and
2) The following individuals are hereby authorized to executive any and all
documents necessary to effectuate the above; and
3) The following individual(s) are hereby authorized to issue instructions to the
Advisor with respect to the Account, and their names and signatures are hereby
certified by the City Clerk: SEE ATTACHMENT A).
