AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK Ai1MNDING SECTION 9100.1 OF THE
B&LDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE OF-
FICIAL C0MPREHENSIVE ZONING 1,1AP OF' TILE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, Section 9100.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code adopted
January 25, 1956 is amended by amending the comprehensive zoning map
as shown on the map attached hereto.
SECTION 2. a) The premises in the C-4 Section as shown on the map
attached hereto is hereby classified as C-4. subject to the following
conditions:
That Ituni Street be widened to a width of 60 feet and that
the same be improved according to the specifications of the
City Engineer of the City of Baldwin Park; and
b) That in the event any gasoline storage or delivery
facilities are installed upon the premises that the said facilities be
equipped with vapor recovery systems.

SECTION. 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
required by law and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days
after its adoption.
