HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 026ORD 026ê79wU ×Pí ORDINANCE N0. 7r J' AN ORDINANCE Oh THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF THE BALTAM PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE OFFICIAL COPPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK. RE: STELLA R. SENN, CASE NO. 23, ZONE CHANGE MOM A-1 TO M-1 USES. HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF BALDWIN PARK DOES CRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section l. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code adopted September 6, 1956, is amended by amending the comprehensive zoning map as shown on the map attached hereto and a variance is granted for the following uses, and upon the following conditions. Section 2. a) The premises as shown on the attached map are hereby granted a variance in Zone from A-1 to M-1 uses. b) The premises shown on the attached map, and hereby granted a variance for M-1 uses are granted said variance subject to the following conditions: 1, That in the event any structures shall be erected upon the premises they shall be in substantial conformity and at the approxi- mate locations as shown and designated in 1tExhibit C" of Case No. 23 of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park; said Exhibit C11 being Drawing No. 3279D, of the Tubing Seal Case, Inc., of San Gabriel. 2, That not less than the easterly thirty feet 301) of the pro- posed main building as shown on Exhibit C" shall be used for general clerical work and office purposes only. 3. That all areas designated as parking areas on Exhibit C" be paved with not less than three inches 311) of macadam pavement. fit. That a solid masonry fence six feet 61) in height to be in- stalled on the north property line of said parcel of land, and including the north-south off-set of one hundred feet 1001) on the northerly line: i.e., where said northerly line abuts resi- dential property provided, however, that said fence shall not be higher than four 141) feet for a distance of twenty feet 201) west of Vine land Avenue. 5. That a strip five feet 51) in width adjacent to and parallel with the said masonry wall be reserved for planting and that same be planted and maintained with tall growing shrubs and trees. 6. That there shall be no buildings or structures erected within fifty feet 501) of the present westerly boundary of the property. Such fifty feet 501) to be for railroad spur siding only. 7. hat none of the following equipment or uses shall be permitted upon the premises; drop or trip hammers; electrical metal plating; chemical metal plating; metal reduction; metal foundry casting; or presses in excess of one hundred 100) ton capacity. 8. 2hat all manufacturing, fabricating, and repairing of equipment shall be done inside a building. That concrete curb and utter be installed according to City specifications along and across the easterly portion of the pre uses on Vineland Avenue. 10. Tllat sewers be required on this property and that sewer be connected to Vineland Avenue sewer line. 11. That provisions shall be made to continue in existence tide storm drain facilities on the southerly portion of the premises. 12. In the event that any flood li;nhts are installed on the premises they shall be de-i-lected away fro? residentLl areas and shall not substantially illurunate adjoining residential properties.
