AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO,
TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 3352.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Section is hereby added to the Baldwin Park
3352. ALL NIGHT PARKING. No person shall stop, stand, or park a
vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than thirty 30)
minutes between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 4:004.M. of any day.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30)
days after its adoption.
