AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, CASE NO. 9, CLARE SCHWEITZER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive a>ning map as shown on the Map attached hereto.
Section 2. The premises in the M-1 Section, as shown on the
Map attached hereto, are hereby classified as M-1, and the premises in the
R-3 Section, as shown on the Map attached hereto, are hereby classified as
R-3, both subject to the following conditions:
a. That for the widening of Olive Street there shall be deeded
to the City of Baldwin Park for street and highway purposes
a fifteen 15') foot strip of land located adjacent to and
parallel with the Southerly pro;-ierty line.
b. That there shall be installed curbs, gutters and sidewalks
according to City specifications, along the entire distance
of the frontage of the property on Olive Street, exclusive
of the curb returns to the future streets located at the
Westerly boundary of the property and the Easterly boundary
of the property; that the said curb and gutters shall be
hooked up with pavement to the existing pavement on Olive
Street.
c. That there shall be deeded to the City of Baldwin Park
for street and highway purposes a thirty 30') foot alley,
the Northerly line of which shall be One Hundred Seventy 170')
feet North of Olive Street, and parallel with said Olive Street,
Said. alley shall be paved.
d. That there shall be deeded to the City of Baldwin Park for
future street and. highway purposes a thirty 30') foot street,
located on the Westerly side:of said property, adjacent to
and parallel with the West boundary line.
e. That there shall be deeded to the City of Bald.win Park for
future street and highway purposes a thirty 30') foot street,
located on the Easterly side of said property, adjacent to
and parallel with the East boundary line.
f. That there shall be installed upon the property street light
electroliers according to the City specifications.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of
this ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of the said Ordinance
shall be deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect in its
entirety.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this

Ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
required by Law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after its adoption.

of the City of Baldwin park, hereby certify that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at the meeting of the City Council held
on the 3rd day of December, 1956, and same was duly adopted at the
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of December,
1956, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Cole, Littlejohn, Scovotti and Bloxham
