AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2
OF THE BALDI^VIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING
THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CASE NO. 43, LUCIAN T.
McCORMICK, et al.
THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map as shown on the Map attached hereto.
Section 2. The premises in the C-1 Section, as shown on the
Map attached hereto, are hereby classified as C-1, subject to the following
conditions:
a. That curb and gutter shall be installed according to
City specifications along the entire frontage of the
property on Olive Street, to wit, a distance of 150 feet.
b. That upon installation of curb and. gutter, the existing
pavement shall be hooked up to said curb and gutter in
conformity with City specifications for like streets as
determined by the City Engineer.
c. That sidewalks shall be installed according to City
specifications upon the entire footage of property
along Olive Street, to wit, a distance of approximately
150 feet.
d. That a strip of land 10 feet in width and 150 feet in
length along the frontage of the property on Olive
Street shall be deeded to the City of Baldwin Park for
street and highway purposes after the improvements provided
above have been installed thereon.
e. That a masonry fence six feet in height shall be installed
in all areas where the parcel of land abuts residential
properties, i. e., along the Westerly and Southerly property
lines. Said fence shall not be higher than four feet from
the property line on Olive Street to the set-back line.
f. That in the event any floodlights are installed on the
premises they shall deflect away from residential areas
and shall not substantially illuminate adjoining residential
properties. That all areas designated as Parking" or
Parking Area" on the plot plan submitted and filed and
identified as Exhibit A", Case No. 43 of Baldwin Park
Planning Commission on June 8, 1956, shall be paved with
not less than three 0" inches of Macadam pavement.
g. That improvements and development of the property shall
be substantially in conformity with the plot plan submitted
for the area and filed as Exhibit A" in case No. 43 of the
Baldwin Park Planning Commission on June 6, 1956.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of
this ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of said Ordinance
shall be deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect.

Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after its adoption,

duly adopted at the regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th
day of December 1956, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Cole, Duskin, Littlejohn, Seovotti and Bloaham
NOES: Councilmen None
