AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, CASE NO. 60, EARL M. WEBB
THE CITY COUNCIL OF_ THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map, as shown on the map attached hereto.
Section 2. The premises in the C-1 Section, as shown on the
Map attached hereto, are hereby classified as C-1, subject to the follow-
ing
a. The dedication of an area twenty feet 201) in width and
Seventy-one and sixty-two 71.62') feet in length across the
entire frontage of the property on Baldwin Park Boulevard be
deeded to the City of Baldwin Park for future street and
highway purposes.
b. That Baldwin Park Boulevard across the entire frontage of the
property shall be widened to conform with the present eighty
foot 80') width of Baldwin Park Boulevard; that curbs and
gutters be installed anal return made to existing curb and gutter
on Bresee Avenue, and existing paving hooked up according to
City specifications, or that in lieu of said installation, and
to guarantee same, the applicant shall deposit with the City of
Baldwin Park an amount of rioney to cover cost of said installation;
amount to be estimated by the City Engineer.
c. That there shall be erected upon the premises and separating the
premises from the adjoining residential property, a solid masonry
fare six feet 6•) in height, said fence not to exceed four 4•)
feet in height from the front property line to the setback line
of residence.
d. That sidewalks be installed along frontage of property on
Baldwin Park Boulevard, or that in lieu of said installation,
and to guarantee same, the applicant shall deposit with the City
of Baldwin Park an amount of money to cover cost of said
installation; the amount to be estimated by the City Engineer.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of
this ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of the said ordinance
shall be deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect in its
entirety.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner required

by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its
adoption.
