AN ORDINANCE AIMING SECTION 9100.309 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK BY ADDING A NEW SUB-SBCTICN THERETO, TO
BE MW AS SUB-SECTION f)".
TD? CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Secti" on 9100.309, Sub-section f)" thereto, to be known as
Section 9100,309, Sub-Section F', and to read as follows:
9100.309, f. Will change of zone be in the interest of
furtherance of public health, safety and
general welfare,"
Section 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty days after
its adoption,
