AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
GRANTING A CHANCE OF ZONE TO M-1, CLARK
HEALY, CASE NO. 75.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLIMS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map, as shown on the Map attached hereto.
Section 2. That the premises in the M-1 Section, described as
Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, as shown on the Map attached hereto, are each, subject
to the following conditions precedent, hereby classified as M-1:
a) That a forty-foot 40') easement over adjacent land now owned by
the applicant be provided to Parcels 1 and 2 in the event they
are sold separately.
Section 3. If any Section, sub-section, phrase or portion of this
ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of the said ordinance shall
be deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect in its entirety.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner required
by law,and this Ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its adoption.
