ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF TIM
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPRE11ENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO
CCNDI17ONAL M-1 USES, CASE NO. 42, R. R. 6VELCH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map, as shown on the Map attached hereto.
Section 2. a) The premises in the td--1 Section, as shown on
the Map attached hereto, are hereby granted a change in zone from A-1 to
11-1 uses, subject to the following conditions:
1. That in the event any structures shall be erected upon the
premises or street improvements made they shall be in
substantial conformity with and at the appro%i.mate locations
as shown and designated in Exhibit A" of Case No. 42 of
the Planning Commission o£ the City of Baldwin Park, said
IE;dhibit A" being the Plot Plan submitted for the area.
2. That a strip thirty feet 30•) in width, adjacent to and
parallel with Baldwin Park Boulevard and for a distance
Northeast two hundred thirty feet 230•) from the South-
westerly corner of said property shall be reserved for
planting, and that the same shall be planted and maintained
with tall growing shrubs and trees.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of this
ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of said ordinance shall be
deemed illegal, and lie same shall fail and have no effect in its entirety.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published of posted in the manner required
by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its
adoption.
