AN ORDINANCE OF TFLF CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100,2 OF THE
BALDWIN PA10` MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO
C-2 WITfi A VARIANCE FOR CONDITIONAL C-2 USES,
ASE NO. 17, FORREST R. NALKER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI7E CITY OF BALDW!IN PART' DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-
i Section 1. Section 9100.2 of tl:e Bal.dwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of Septemt;er, 195:), is amended by amending the
comprehensive zon ng mar, as shor,,l on the ap attached hereto.

Section 2. a) The premises in the C-2. Section, as shown on the
Map attached hereto, are hereby granted a change in zone from R-4 and A-1
to C-2 Super Service Station uses and Automobile Dash Rack uses, subject to
the followin conditions:
1. That any structures erected upon the premises or street
imorcvements made shall be in substantial conformity and
at the approximate locations as shown and designated in
Exhibit E", and dated October 8, 1956, said Exhibit E"
being the plot plan submitted for the area, case No. 17,
Forrest R. Walker.
2.. That an area twenty feet 20') in width and five hundred
seventy-one and thirty hundredths 571.30) feet in length
along the entire frontage of property on Baldwin Park
Boulevard be deeded to the ity cf Baldwin Park for street
and highway purposes.
3. That concrete curb and gutter be installed along tile entire
five hundred seventy-one and thirty hundredths foot 571.30•)
frontage on Daldwin Park Boulevard, and on the southeasterly
three hundred feet 300•) on Bess Avenue, according to City
specifications.
4. That existing paving be hooked up according to City specifica-
tions alone the entire frontage of property on Baldwin Park
Boulevard a distance of live hundred seventy-one and thirty
hundredths feet 571.30 and along the entire frontage of
Bess Avenue a distance of three hundred 300') feet.
5. That all parking areas shown on Exhibit E" be paved according
to City specifications.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of this
ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of said ordinance shall be
deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect in its entirety.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner required
by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its
adoption.
