SECTICK 3100,1212 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL WDE, RELATING TO THE SALE OF
FIR)MOIRKS,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MM CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLiiow:
SEMON 1. Sub-Section k) of Section 3100,1212 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3100,1212, k) Not more than eight 8) stands will be
allowed to be located within the City,"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30)
days after its adoption.
