AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A
CROSSWALK ONT SIERRA MADRE AVENUE AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CALAIS STREET,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby established a pedestrian crosswalk,
which crosswalk shall be ten 10) feet in width, and shall be located
approximately as set forth in Section 2 of this Ordinance.
Section 2. Said pedestrian crosswalk shall be located on and
across Sierra Madre Avenue at the intersection of Calais Street,
Section 3. The City Administrative Officer is directed to cause
to be painted on the roadway white lines designating the location of the said
crosswalk.
Section 4, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after
its adoption.
