AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AM6ND-
ING SECTION 3330 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
CODE PERTAINING TO THE LEAVING OF PROPERTY ON
PUBLIC SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC PARKWAYS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: AN M ING MUNICIPAL CODE.
Section 3330 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3330: LEAVING PROPERTY OR MATERIALS
ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC
No person shall leave or cause to be left any
property or material upon any public sidewalk or
public parkway for a longer period of time than 10
minutes."
SECTION 2: CERTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law, and this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty 30) days after its adoption.

Littlejohn.

the City of Baldwin Park, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at the.meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of
July, 1957, and the same was duly adopted at the Adjourned regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 7th day of August, 1957,
