ORDINANCE NO. 62
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 3330 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO THE LEAVING OF PROPERTY ON PUBLIC
SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC PARKWAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECT 1: AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 3330 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 3330: LEAVING PROPERTY OR MATERIALS ON
UB IC S D OR- IC P AYS
No person shall leave or cause to be left any
property or material upon any public sidewalk or
public parkway for a longer period of time than ten
minutes, without having obtained a permit from the
City Engineer."
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September
1957, by the following called vote:
AYES: COUNCIUIEN Bishop, Cole, Holmes, Stephens and
Littlejohn
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
