AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
CODE.BY ADDING A NEAP SECTION THERETO,. TO BE KNOWN
AS.SECTION.1326.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLCWS
SECTION 1: A new Section is hereby added to the Baldwin
Park un ci Code, to read as follows:
1326. County Officials. The City of Baldwin
Park has from time to time executed contracts with
the County of Los Angeles for the performance of
services by said County to the City. Whenever, in
this Code, the word, ICountyt, shall appear, it
shall mean the County-of Los.-Angeles or the City of
Baldwin Park, according to the meaning which will
give full force and effect to the sentence, clause,
phrase or paragraph in which said word is used.
Whenever, in this Code, reference is made to any
official, officer or employee of the City of Baldwin
Park, or to any official, officer or employee of the
County of Los Angeles, the reference shall mean the
official, officer or employee which will give full
force and effect to the sentence, clause, phrase or
paragraph in which said reference is contained."

ELDER COOK, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That I am the duly elected and qualified City Clerk of the
City of Baldwin Park; that on the 14th day Of October, 1957, I
caused to be posted in three conspicuous places a copy of Ordinance
No. 64, as required by law and the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
