AN ORDINANCE of TIE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY
OF 3AIDWIN PARK AMENDA~IG SECTION 9100.2 OF THE
BAIDWIN PARK l[UNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING HAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO
M-1 USES, CASE NO. 1011, H. SYHRE, ET AL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is mended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map, as shown on the Map attached hereto.
Section 2. The premises in the M-1 Section, as shown on
the Map attached hereto, are hereby granted a change in zone from R-3 and
A-1 to M-1 uses, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the applicants deed to the City of Baldwin Park
twenty 20) feet on each side of Baldwin Park Boulevard
for street and highway purposes, and improve said street
with curb, gutter and pavement hook-up according to
City specifications.
2. That concrete curb and gutter and pavement hook-up be
installed according to City specifications along the
southwest frontage of Maine Avenue and along the
southerly frontage of Dalewood Street within the
subject property; and also along that part of the
northerly frontage of Dalewood Street within the subject
property.
Section 3. If any section, sub-section, phrase or portion of this
ordinance shall be deemed illegal, then the whole of said ordinance shall be
deemed illegal, and the same shall fail and have no effect in its entirety.
Section Z.. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner required
by law, anal this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its
adoption.
