AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF THE
BALDWIN PARKAVNTJICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE OF-
FICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF.THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO C-2,
CASE NO. 148. CHARLES f. CAUGHRAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended
by amending the comprehensive zoning map as shown on the Map
attached hereto.

SECTION 2. The following described premises in the ripsr
zone, as shown on the Map, attached hereto, are hereby granted
a change in zone to C-2" uses:
A portion of Lots 1 and 2, La Rica Tract, more
particularly described as follows:
i
The Northwesterly 100 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of
La Rica Tract in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 49, page 1+8 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County. Situated
at rear of 3971 and 3973 Baldwin Park Boulevard.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted
in the manner required by law, and this ordinance shall take
effect thirty days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 1957,
by the following called vote:
