ORDINANCE No. 72
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SBCTION 9100.2 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE OFFICIAL CO SIVE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE
OF ZONE 7A II-1, CASE NO. 143, L. D. A M. CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is amended by amending the
comprehensive zoning map as shown on the map attached hereto,
SBCTION 2, The following described premises in the M-1 zone,
as shown on the Map attached hereto, are hereby granted a change in zone from A-1
to M-1 uses:
Lot 13, Tract No, 8706, as per map recorded in Book 113,
Pages 25-and 26 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County. Situated at 5136 Bleeker Street,
Baldwin Park, California.
SHE-' TION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner
required by law, and this ordinance shall take effect thirty days after
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of December 19 57,
