AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTIONS THERETO.WHICH
ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT OF CALLING FCR A PUBLIC
HEARING IN REGARD TO THE.SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
PERTAINING TO LOT SPLITS AND SUBDIVISIONS, BY 1PtPS.
AND BOUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLCyWS
SECTION 1: ADDING SECTIONS TO MUNICIPAL CODE.
The following Sections are added to Chapter 3 of Article
IX of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, which sections shall
read as follows:
SECTION 9308.
Notwithstanding any of the conflicting provisions
of this Chapter as hereinabove set forth, it shall not
be necessary nor shall it be required that the Planning
Commission or the City Council or any other agency of
the City of Baldwin Park set for hearing any petition
for lot split approval.
SECTION 9308.1.
i'The Planning Commission and City Engineer of the
City of Baldwin Park, within thirty 30) days after
the filing with the City of a petition for lot split
approval, shall make its recommendations to the City
Council, pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.n

AYES: COUNCILMEN Cole, Holmes, Stephens and Littlejohn
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Bishop
