AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAIDFfIN
PARE ADDING PART 3 TO DIVISION IV OF SECTION 9100.00 OF
THE BALTJVIIf PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, WHICH PAST PERTAINS TO

THE COPY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDFTIN PARK DOES OMIN AS FOLTAiiS:
SECTION 1: AMMING MUNICIPAL CODE.
Part 3 is added to Division IV of Section 9100.00 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the sections of which Part 3 shall read as follows:
PART 3
R ATION OF FRONT' YARD SIM BACK
SECTION 9100.470: RURAL.
The front yard set backs as set forth in the Zoning
provisions of the Baldwin Park Mwaicipal Code shall be determined from
the distances as setforth in this Part.
SECTION 9100.471: MEBlMATION Off' SIM BACK.
All property which faces the following-described streets
within the City.,of Baldwin Park, shall have the front yard set
back determined back from acdistance of 30 feet from the center
line of the following-described streets and no person shall con-
struct or erect or rnintain aigr buildings or fences or other
structures within 30 feet of the center line of said streets:
Bresee Avenue Nubia Street
Center Street Ohio Street
Clark Street Palm Avenue
Dutch Street Patritti Avenue
Estella Street Ball Avenue
Fairgrove Avenue
Stewart Avenue
Harlan Avenue Syracuse Avenue
Heintz Street Valle Vista Avenue
doanbridge Street
Waco Street
Walnut Street"
SECTION 2: EFlu=17E DATE OF ORDINANCE.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 65806 of the Government Code this
Ordinance shall take effect isediately as a temporary interim zoning regula-
tion by reason of the-fact that the Planing Comaission of the City of Baldwin
Park is is the process of preparing a new Zoning Ordinance.
PASSED AMD ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1958, by the following called
vote of the City Council.
AYES: Councilmen Bishop, Cole, Holmes, Stephens and Littlejohn.
