AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE OFFIC-
IAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO C-1
FROM R-1, CASE NO. Z-36, MRS. ERNA ROSS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Mun-
icipal Code, opted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is
amended by amending the comprehensive zoning map as shown on
the Map attached hereta
SECTION 2: The following described premises in the
R-1" zone ashown on the Map attached hereto, are hereby
granted a change in zone to C-1" uses.
The East 50 feet of the South 150 feet of Lot
3, Tract 4802, as per Map thereof recorded in
Map Book 51, Page 14, Official Records of Los
Angeles County.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner required by law, and this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1958, by
the following called vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bishop, Cole, Holmes, Stephens and
Littlejohn
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None

dopted at the regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st
day of April, 1958. r
