AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SUB-
SECTIONS C AND D OF SECTION 4139 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE LICENSE FEE TO BE PAID
FOR DOGS WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1: AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE.
Subsection C of Section 4139 of the Baldwin Park Munici-
pal Code is amended to read as follows:
C. For each other dog, either male, spayed female or
female, $3.00."
SECTION 2: AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE.
Subsection D of Section 4139 of the Baldwin Park Munici-
pal Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE.
This Ordinance shall take effect on the 1st day of July,
1958
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May 1958, by
the following called vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bishop Holmes, Littlejohn, Stephens and Cole
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
