AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDif IN PARK A14ENDING SECTION 9100.2 OF
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE
OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE TO
M-1 FROM A-1 AND R-2, CASE NO. Z-25 OLD CASE
NO. 92) TH014AS ROGERS, ETAL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION'l: Section 9100.2 of the Baldwin Park Man-
icipal Code,` adopted on the 6th day of September, 1956, is
amended by amending the comprehensive zoning map as shown on
the Map attached hereto.
SECTION 2: The following-described premises in the
A-1 and R-'F zone as shown on the Map attached hereto, are here-
by granted a change in zone to M-1 uses.
1. Area to be Zoned M-1:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section
8, Township 1 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &
M.; thence South 89' 5' 20" East, 406.49 feet;
thence South 0. 381-30" West 330.00 feet to
the true point-of beginning; thence South
89° 57' 20" East a distance of 131.998 feet
with a uniform depth of 330-00 feet South
0' 38' 30" West' to~be zoned M-1; except the
ucst Southerly 50.00 feet thereof which is to
be zoned P.
2. Area to be rezoned:
All of Tract No. 24328,"zoned M-1, except-Lot
12 to be zoned C-2, except the most-southerly
50 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9, to be zoned P.
3. Also rezoned from R-2 to M-1:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Section
8 Township 1 South'; Range 10 West;- S.B.B $
M; thence South 0' 33' 20" East parallel to the
West line of said-Section.8 a distance of 285.00
feet; thence South 89° 571 20" East a distance
of 30:00-feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 89° 57r 20"East parallel to the
North line of Section 8`a distance of 150.00
feet; thence North 0" 33'-30""East parallel
to the West line.of Section 8, a distance of
85.00 feet; thence North 89` 5T 2O.-Vest
parallel to the North line of Section 8, a dis-
tance of 150.00 feet;-thence South 0' 33' 20"
West parallel"to the west line of said Section
8 a distance of 85.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning.

SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of' this drdinance and cause the a0ne to be published
or posted in the"manner-required by law,-arid this Ordinance
shall take effect thirty days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June 1958, by
the following called vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bishop, Holmes, Littlejohn, Stephens and
Cole
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None„
