AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING SECTION 6180.1 OF THE BALDWIN I r
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE LICENSING
MOVIE THEATRES
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 6180.1 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal
Code is amended to read as follows:
6180.1. THEATRE MOVIE). Every person engaged in
the
business of conducting, managing or operating a motion
picture
theatre where an admission fee is charged shall pay an
annual license
tax which shall be determined by multiplying by five cents

number of seats available for spectators in such theatre.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted as
required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after
its adoption.
