AN ORDINANCE OF TffE CITY COUNCIL CF THE Q(
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REZONING PROPERTY
AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF SIERRA MADRE AVE- l
NUE AND RAMONA BOULEVARD FROM C-1 TO C-2.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does r
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real property
situated at the northwest corner of Sierra Madre Avenue and Ramona
Boulevard, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
o£ California, extending approximately 400 feet west of Sierra Madre
Avenue and approximately 500 feet north of Ramona Boulevard, being
legally described as:
Lots 2 through 6 of Subdivision Tract
No. 17496, Map Book 618, Pages 12-13,
Records of the County Recorder of said
County,
is rezoned from C-1 to C-2, and the Zoning Map referred to in Section
9100.104 of said Code is amended as shown on the map attached hereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted as re-
quired by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of December 1958.

of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular meeting held on the 29th day
of December 1958, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen HOLMES, BISHOP, LITTLEJOHN, WILSON AND MAYOR COLE
NOES: Councilmen NONE
