AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 6119 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR
WAIVER OF PENALTIES ON DELINQUENT LICENSE
TAXES.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 6119 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is amended by adding the following sentence
thereto:
The City Council may waive the whole or any
part of such penalty.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March
1959.
