AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY

THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROP-
ERTY ON CENTRE STREET, BETWEEN
RAMONA BOULEVARD
AND VALLE VISTA AVENUE FROM A-1 TO
R-3, ZONE
CASE NO. Z-34.
The City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following
described real prop-
erty, situated on Centre Street, between
Ramona.Boulevard and
Valle Vista, Avenue, in the City o£ Baldwin
Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, namely:
That portion of Lot 6,
Section 13, Township
1 South, Range 11 west, San
Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of
Los Angeles, California, beginning
at the center
line intersection of Centre Street
and Valle
Vista Avenue, as shown on map of
Tract No. 19550,
recorded in Book 518, pages 43 and
44 of Maps, on
file in the Office of the County
Recorder of said
County; thence south 89°2120" west
along the center
line of said Valle Vista Avenue
25 feet; thence
south 0°18110" east 25 feet to the
true point of
beginning; thence westerly south
89°02120" west
160 feet, thence southerly south

344 feet to the northwest line
of Ramona Boule-
vard; thence easterly along said

ORD 117ê79wV ×P ç £ Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.

1959.
