AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
PUENTE AVENUE NEAR EAST RAMONA
BOULEVARD FROM A-1 TO M-1, ZONE
CASE NO. Z-59.
The City Council of, the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following-described real
property, situated on Puente Avenue near East Ramona Boule-
vard, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely:
That portion of Section 17, TIS, R10W, in the
Rancho La Puente, City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book, pages 43 and 44 of Patents,
in the office of the recorder of said county,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
line of Puente Avenue with the southerly line
of East Ramona Boulevard, as shown on the map
of Tract No. 962, recorded in book 21, pages
74 and 75 of Maps, records of said county;
thence alon-- the easterly line of Puente Avenue,
South 4 deg. 50 min. 40 sec. West 68.11 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence North 72 deg.
06 min. 40 sec. East 157.03 feet; thence North
63 deo-. 40 min. 48 sec. East to a point where
the said line intersects the Northwest line of
the 200 foot strip of land condemned by the Los
Angeles County Flood Control District in Super-
for Court Case No. 574964, a final decree thereof
beinZ recorded as Instrument No. 1943 on April
30, 1951, in Book 36169, Page 233, of Official
Records of said County; thence Southwesterly
along the said Northwesterly line to the Easterly
line of Puente Avenue; thence Northerly along
the said La Puente Avenue to the true point of
beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Sec-
tion 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended as
shown by the following map:

the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
