AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY ON PADDY LANE FROM
R-2 TO R-3, ZONE CASE NO. Z-54.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated on Paddy Lane, in the City of Bald-
win Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, 18 and 19
of Tract No. 21786, as shown on map
recorded in Book 634, Pages 99 and
100 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County; also
The southeast 110 feet of the south-
west 60 feet of Lot No. 78, Tract
No. 899, as shown on map recorded
in Book 18, Page 95 of Naps, in the
office of the County Recorder of
said County,
is rezoned from R-2 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is
amended as shown by the following map:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same
to be published or posted in the manner required by
law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
July 1959.

of Baldwin Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing
ordinance, after a public hearing as required by
Section 65804 of the Government Code of the State of
California, was duly and regularly passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at
its regular meeting held on the 15th day of
July 1959, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen BISHOP, LITTLEJOHN, HOLMES, WILSON AND MAYOR COLE
NOES: Councilmen NONE
ABSENT: Councilmen NONE
