AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
AZUSA CANYON ROAD AND LANTE STREET
318 FEET SOUTH OF ARROW HIGHWAY
FROM A-1 TO M-1.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated on Azusa Canyon Road and Lante
Street, 318 feet south of Arrow Highway, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely:
Beginning at the intersection of Arrow
Highway and Azusa Canyon Road South
00053120" West 659.91 feet; thence
North 89°57'15" West 20 feet to the
point of commencement; thence continu-
ing along said line 1 159.60 feet;
thence North 00°47147" East 67.23 feet;
thence North 89°57t15" West 165.00 feet;
thence North 00°47147" East 224.68 feet;
thence South 89°57115" East 1,324.60 feet;
thence South 00°52120" West 291.91 feet
to the point of commencement.
This description is based on the align-
ment of Tract 14416 and the center line
of Arrow Highway Bonita) and Azusa
Canyon Road intersection being the north-
east corner of Sec. 8, T.15, R 10W].
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is
amended as shown by the following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
July 1959.
