AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF
PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SIERRA
MADRE AVENUE AND SHADYLAWN PLACE FROM R-1
TO R-3, ZONE CASE NO. Z-58.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated at the southeast corner of Sierra
Madre Avenue and Shadylawn Place, in the City of Bald-
win Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
Lot 3 of Parcel 29 and Lot 4 of Parcel
30, Tract No. 14483, as per map recorded
in Book 364, Page 14 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said
County,
is rezoned from R-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Sec-
tion 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended
as shown by the following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.

1959.
