AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
THE CORNER OF VINELAND AVENUE,
FRANCISQUITO AVENUE AND DALEWOOD
STREET FROM R-3 TO C-2, ZONE
CASE N0. 61.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following-described real
property, situated on the corner of Vineland Avenue,
Francisquito Avenue and Dalewood Street, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, namely:
That portion of Lot 30, of El
Monte Walnut Place as shown on
map recorded in Book 6, page 104
of maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County,
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north-
westerly line of said lot, distant
thereupon North 41 deg. 16 min.
42 sec. East 20.00 feet from the
most westerly corner thereof; thence
continuing northeasterly along said
northwesterly line 123.40 feet;
thence south 46 deg. 13 min. 18 sec.
East, 113.00 feet; thence South 61
deg. 50 min. 04 sec. West 42.72 feet;
thence northwesterly in a direct
line to the point of beginning,
is rezoned from R-3 to C-2.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is
amended as shown by the following map:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same
to be published or posted in the manner required by
law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3 day of
August 1959.
