ORDINANCE NO. 125
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING SECTION 9100.720.2 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE REDUCING
THE SIDE AND REAR SETBACK FOR DE-
TACHED GARAGES.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 9100.720.2 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 9100.720.2. Side and Rear Setbacks In
Res en a ones, tw!M-sTa--nng any provisions
n s o e o e contrary, the side and rear set-
backs in all residential zones shall be a minimum
of five 5) feet from the property line, except that
detached garages located ten or more feet to the rear
of a dwelling may be set back a minimum of one and
one-half 1-1/2) feet from the property line if the
eaves thereof are no closer than six 6) inches from
the property line. All other garages shall comply
with the minimum five 5) foot setback requirement.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.

1959.
