AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON FAIRGROVE
STREET OPPOSITE ROBINETTE AVENUE
FROM A-1 TO R-3, ZONE CASE NO. Z-40.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated on Fairgrove Street opposite Robinette
Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely:
That portion of Lot 42 of Tract No. 718,
as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 17 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County described as follows: Beginning at a
point in the southwestery line of said Lot 42,
distant thereon south 50u 53' 30" East 623.68
feet from the most westerly corner thereof;
thence North 390 06' 30" East, parallel with the
northwesterly line of said Lot 42, a distance of
242 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing North 390 06' 30" East, parallel with
said northwesterly line 213 feet; thence South
500 53' 30" East parallel with the southwesterly
line of said lot a distance of 215.68 feet;
thence South 390 06' 30" West parallel with the
northwesterly line of said lot a distance of 213
feet; thence North 500 53' 30" west, parallel
with the southwesterly line of said lot, a dis-
tance of 215.68 feet to the true point of begin-
ning.
EXCEPT that portion in East Fairgrove
Street.
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by See-
tion 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended as
shown by the following map:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
