AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING SECTION
2709 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
TO ELIMINATE REQUIREMENT THAT RESOLUTIONS
BE POSTED.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2709 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is repealed.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted
in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall take
effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this Stn day of
October 1959.
