AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY AT
3876 AND 3886 MAINE AVENUE FROM
A-1 TO R-2, ZONE CASE NO. Z-66.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated at 3876 and 3886 Maine Avenue, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, namely:
The northwest 160 feet of Lot 82,
and northeast 50 feet of the northwest 160
feet of Lot 83, Tract No. 899, as per map
recorded in Book 8, page 95 of Maps, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said
Los-Angeles County,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-2.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is
amended as shown by the following map:

ORD 130ê79wV ×P ç Ý Section 3, The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same
to be published or postod in the manner required by
law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
October 1959.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park at its regular meeting held on the 5th
day of October 1959, by the following

AYES: Councilmen- HOLMES, BISHOP, LITTLEJOHN, WILSON and MAYOR COLE
NOES: Councilmen NONE
