AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
BAILDWIN PARK BOULEVARD NEAR MERCED
AVENUE FROM A-1 TO ZONE
CASE NO. Z-'69.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following-described real
property, situated on Baldwin Park Boulevard near Merced
Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, namely:
Lots 5 and 6 of Tract No. 8497,
in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded
in Book 132, page 46 of Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder
of said County,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-3..
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is
amended as shown by the following map:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to
be published or posted in the manner required by law.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the
date of its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of October
1959.
