AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE WESTERLY
SIDE OF NORTH BRESEE AVENUE, 330 FEET
SOUTH OF EAST RAMONA BOULEVARD, FROM
R-1 TO R-2, ZONE CASE N0. Z-65.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real prop-
erty, situated on the westerly side of North Bresee Avenue,
330 feet south of East Ramona Boulevard, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
Lot 13 of Tract #11978, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per-map recorded
in Book 219, pages 37 and 38 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, situated at 3927 Bresee
Avenue,
is rezoned from R-1 to R-2.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and, designated
as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended. as shown by the
following map:

ORD 132ê79wV ×P ç ç Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of November
1959.
