ORDINANCE NO. 139
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN GRACE
AVENUE AND FOSTER AVENUE NEAR ATHOL
STREET FROM A-1 TO R-2, ZONE CASE
NO. Z-71.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real
property, situated between Grace Avenue and Foster Avenue,
180 feet north of the center line of Athol Street, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, namely:
The northerly 125 feet of the southerly 300
feet of the easterly 300 feet of Lot 22 of Tract
No. 718, as per map recorded in book 17, page 17
of maps, in the office of the county recorder of
said county of Los Angeles; the northerly 63 feet
of the southerly 305 feet of the westerly 300 feet
of Lot 22, Tract 718, Book 17, page 17 of maps,
in the office of the county recorder, of the county
of Los Angeles; the southerly 62 feet of the north-
erly 125 feet of the southerly 305 feet of the
westerly 300 feet of Lot 22 of Tract 718, in the
county of Los Angeles, state of California, as per
map recorded in Book 17, page 17 of maps, in the
office of the county recorder of said county,
is rezoned from A-1 to R-2.
Section 2. That the toning map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated
as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended as shown by the
following Map:

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.

January 193.
