AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP.OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY ON
JOANBRIDGE STREET FROM A-1 TO M-1
AND P, ZONE CASE NO. Z-25.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real
property, situated on Joanbridge Street, in the City of
Bald.win Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
Be inning at the Northeasterly corner
of Tract 2238; thence South 89 degrees 57' 20"
East 131.98'; thence South 00 degrees 33' 20""
West 35.26' to the true point of beginning
thence continuing South 00 degrees 33' 20 West
along said line 330'; thence South 89 degrees
571 20" East 91.88 feet; thence North 00 degrees
381 30n East 330 feet; thence South 89 degrees
57' 20" East 791.88 feet to the true point of
beginning,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-1, except the most southerly 50
feet thereof which is rezoned P.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and
designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended as
shown by the following map:

ORD 143ê79wV ×P è SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 7th day
of March 1960.
