AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING SECTION 9100.257 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT
TRAMPOLINE CENTERS IN C-2 ZONES.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 9100.257 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is amended by adding a paragraph thereto,
designated aw, to read as follows:
aw. Trampoline centers if separate
rest rooms for both sexes and off-
street parking consisting of four
4) spaces for each five 5)
trampolines are provided.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 20th day of
June_, 1960.

after a public hearing as required by Section 65804 of the
Government Code of the State of California, was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park at its regular meeting held on the 20th
day of June 1960, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen HOLMES, L I TTLE JOHN, B I SHOP, BLOXHAM AND MAYOR COLE
NOES: Councilmen NONE
ABSENT: Councilmen NONE
