AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF EAST RAMONA BOULEVARD AND
NORTH PUENTE AVENUE FROM A-1 TO M-1,
ZONE CASE NO. Z-64.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property,
situated on the southeast corner of East Ramona Boulevard
and North Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, namely,
PARCEL 1: That portion of the Rancho La Puente, described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
line of Puente Avenue with the southerly line of
Covina Blvd. form El Monte Covina Road.) as
said intersection is shown on map of Tract 962,
recorded in Book 21, pages 74 and 75 of maps; thence
south 4 deg. 50 min. 40 see. West along the easterly
line of said Puente Ave.. 68.11 feet; thence north
72 d.eg. 06 min. 40 sec. east 157.03 feet; thence
north 14 deg. 50 min. west 55.76 feet, more or less,
to a point in the southerly line of said Covina
Blvd., distant north 75 deg. 10 min. east thereon
133.87 feet from the point of beginning; thence
south 75 deg. 10 min. west along southerly line
133.87 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: That portion of Rancho La Puente, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line
of Covina Blvd. 60 feet wide now East Ramona Blvd.)
distant thereon north 75 deg.-10 min. east 133.87
feet from the intersection with the easterly line of
Puente Ave., 60 feet wide; thence along the east line
of land described. in Deed, recorded in Book 15961,
page 1, Official records, south 14 deg. 50 min. east
55.76 feet to a point; thence north 63 deg. 40 min.
48 sec. east 284.07 feet to a point in said southerly
line distant thereon north 75 deg. 10 min. east 278.55
feet from the point of beginning; thence south 75 deg.
10 min. west 278.55 feet to the point of beginning;
except from Parcel 2 that portion of said land as
condemned for flood control channel by final decree
of condemnation entered in Case No. 574964, Superior
Court, a certified copy thereof being recorded in
Book 36169, page 233, Official Records,
is rezoned from A-1 to M-l.

9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and. designated
as Section 9100.2 of said Code is amended as shown by the
following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of
its adoption.
