AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF-PROPERTY ON
DEPOT AVENUE BETWEEN CENTRAL AVENUE
AND JEREMIE AVENUE FROM R-2 TO M-1,
ZONE CASE NO. Z-78.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described property,
situated on Depot Avenue between Central Avenue and
Jeremie Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, namely:
The northeasterly 7 feet of Lots 31 and
32 of Tract No. 7853, as per map recorded in
Book 73, pages 70 and 71 of Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County,
is rezoned from R-2 to M-l.
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by
Section 9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
and designated as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is
amended as shown on the,~following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted in the manner required by law. This
ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date
of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 21st
day of November 1960.
