AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDNIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF-THE CITY TO CHANGE.THE ZONING OF
PROPERTY ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
PUENTE AVENUE AND DALEWOOD STREET FROM
R-3 TO C-2, ZONE CASE NO. Z-79.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALIxNIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLONS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real property,
situated on the northwest corner of Puente Avenue and Dalewood
Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, namely:
That certain parcel of land described
as portions of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block
B of Tract No. 10855, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 188, pages 24 and 25
of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County,
is rezoned from R-3 to C-2.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated as
Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the following
Map:

9100.2 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNI-
CIPAL CODE.
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 160
DATED September 6, 1960
ORD 160ê79wV ×P è d SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner required by law. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and attested
by the City Clerk this 6th day of September, 1960.
