AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO
CHANGE THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN BALDWIN PARK BOULEVARD AND
DALEWOOD STREET AT THE SAN BERNARDINO
FREEWAY FROM R-3 TO M-1, ZONE CASE
Z-80.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real prop-
erty, situated between Baldwin Park Boulevard and Dalewood
Street at the San Bernardino Freeway, in the City of Bald-
win Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
namely:
That portion of Rancho La Puente, as shown
on map recorded in Book 1, page 43 of Patents, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follow::
Beginning at the most southerly corner of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State
of California by deed recorded March 13, 1953, in
Book 41206, page 272 of Official Records of said
Count thence north 51 de 29 min. 53 sec. West,
197.3 feet; thence north 44 deg. 23 min. 22 sec.
East, 211.11 feet to the Northeasterly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of
California by deed recorded October 19, 1954, in
Book 45875, page 374 of said Official Records; thence
South 51 deg. 29 min. 53 sec. East, along said North-
easterly line, 170.68 feet to the most Easterly corner
of last-mentioned certain parcel of land so conveyed;
thence South 38 deg. 30 min. 07 sec. West, along the
Southeasterly line of said last mentioned certain
parcel, 60.00 feet to the most southerly corner
thereof; thence south 51 deg. 29 min. 53 sec. East,
along the Northwesterly prolongation thereof and
the most Northeasterly line of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to the State of California by Final
Decree of Condemnation in Case No. 630,369 in the
Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles, a cer-
tified copy therefor having been recorded July 26,
1955, in Book 48461, page 49 of said Official Records,
a distance of 69.46 feet; thence South 39 deg. 34 min.
54 sec. West, 150.03 feet to a point in the south-
easterly prolongation of that line whose course is
hereinabove given as, North 51 deg. 29 min. 53 sec.
West, 197.34", distant thereon Southeasterly 61.63
feet; thence North 51 de-. 29 min. 53 sec. West,
along said prolongation X1.63 feet to the point of
beginning,
is rezoned from R-3 to M-1.

9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated
as Section 9100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the
following map:

adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 3rd day of
October 1960.
