AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY TO CHANGE THE
ZONING OF PROPERTY ON SOUTHERLY SIDE
OF GARVEY AVENUE AT CITY LIMITS FROM
R-1 TO C-1, ZONE CASE NO. Z-81.
The City Council of the City of Bald,win Park does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the following described real prop-
erty, situated on the southerly side of Garvey Avenue at the
City limits, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, namely:
The northwesterly 41 feet of Lot 10, Tract
No. 13721, as shown on map recorded in Book 273,
pages 48 to 50, inclusive, of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,
is rezoned from R-1 to C-1
Section 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9100.104 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code and designated
as Section 0100.2 of said Code, is amended as shown on the
following map:

ORD 164ê79wV ×P è w Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be pub-
lished in the manner required by law. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 3rd day of
October 1960.
